Introduction

Introduction

Introduction to the Housing Justice Audit. Enter a system of scathing revelations and designed positive change.

Abstract

Abstract

Charleston as a microcosm for national systemic change in housing. Diagnosing the hidden root cause of the national crisis.

Overview

Overview

Overview of the Housing Justice Audit and System Intervention. Quick read on a unique methodology that finds fresh insights for high leverage change.

Origin

Origin

How the destruction of a platform designed to create paradigm change led to its resurgence, now aimed at what destroyed it: a harmful mental model around housing.

Methodology

Methodology

Strategic Thought Leadership and STL Schema - plus aspects of the Vanguard Method (UK) and Most Vulnerable Member technique - were combined for this unique study design.

Findings

Findings

Findings include root causes behind the systemic housing crisis exposed through a 7-Level Analysis of Tenant and Landlord roles, 6 levels of systemic escalating harm, and 6 levels of Institutional Betrayal.

Interpretation

Interpretation

The core System Behavior is to harm the asker of fairness or justice in respond to the ask, and to escalate the harm in response to escalated asking until a limit is found. This led to a nervous breakdown and 76 out of 80 (severe level) PCL-5 PTSD score.

Intervention

Intervention

The systemic truth of Conscious Co-Stewardship becomes easier to adopt through having built it out into a full Thought Leadership Model, with all of the 9 building blocks in place. That also packages it for STL (Strategic Thought Leadership) Schema which trains it into the AI knowledge graph so that it reflects back as the new norm as it also makes the costs of the old model more obvious with amplified hyper-transparency.

Conclusion

Conclusion

Shelter is basic to life.

This is an alchemical study that turns one family's trauma into unique insights that reveal both the root causes of the housing crisis and the core solution paradigm that can truly change things. Now is the time for leaders to model that change.
